Bill Until X counts Additional products according to custom filter

So, in vanilla you can set up a "Simple Meal" bill to make meals until you have 10 - but that doesn't count other meals. I'd rather not make simple meals when I have fine meals available.

This update lets you do that, with a custom filter for each bill. The "Until X" will count anything that matches the filter - really just an list of extra items to look for.

The button is on the bottom-left, next to the "Count Away" checkbox.

As much as this could be its own mod, making it compatible with Better Workbenches would be a pain.

(It may be too customizable, even being able to count hats on a meal bill. But choosing how to restrict that seems complicated.)
