i18n #1

Currently the plugin is german-only and this is hardcoded. The plugin should be translatable.

If you can spare time for that, it would be great! I have so many projects right now and so little time.... you know what I mean. ;)

I have some more Diaspora-related plugin-ideas, so please feel free to improve this or implement the basics to have it i18n-enabled (so it will be trivial to translate future features and new texts here).
