GPL/LGPL vs AGPL #19

I came across your library while looking for ISBN validation & conversion, and while it looks like it'd do everything we need, the license is a sticking point since I'm working on a proprietary service. Can the license be moved from A-GPL to GPL?

Hi, not really, since that's the exact reason why I chose the AGPL.
