Hi, I kept getting this notices.

Notice: Use of undefined constant ‘open_basedir’ - assumed '‘open_basedir’' in /home/pakarint/public_html/xxx/xxx/xxx/BitlyPHP-master/bitly.php on line 237

Notice: Use of undefined constant ‘safe_mode’ - assumed '‘safe_mode’' in /home/pakarint/public_html/xxx/xxx/xxx/BitlyPHP-master/bitly.php on line 238

Our lib is for Bitly Api v4. https://github.com/phplicengine/bitly
