i've submitted the PR "add ability to use a camera under nat" let me know if is ok in this way , or you prefer something different!

Hello @davidea72 , I faced similar issue and checked your code that you have made a patch to solve the issue. You will have to create a pull request for FalkTannhaeuser/python-onvif-zeep to merge your code.
