Getting an error: this app cannot run on your pc #6

First time I see this; when I run the exe I get a blue prompt that say that this app can't run on my pc and that I need to contact the software vendor. I have a vanilla Windows 10 install; updated to the latest patch

You didn't really download the EXE you downloaded the html data in the link. Go to the page with the EXE and download that. It should be 2.5 meg
