[Feature Request] Hook for Hanging Entites #132

Just requesting a prerequisite to a feature needed in a plugin. Just forwarding what darkdiplomat told me was needed suggested as "onHangingEntityDestroy". This hook will allow protection against unauthorized removal of paintings and item frames since they are entities rather than blocks.

My apologies I really did not see that while searching the different commits. Derp. =p So shall I ask you (post the issue) for the addition in Realms or are you on it already?
