Kit Cooldown is removed on disconnect #151

Hey, I'm having some problems with kits, and, I think it is a bug. When players use kits, they have a cooldown that is set, but, once they log off, the cooldown is gone, as, it is never stored, or, it doesn't seem it is ever stored. Would there be a way to fix this, even if it were toggle-able, it would be better than watching players exploit this to get unlimited free stuff whenever they need.

Sure can fix this, but it would not survive server restarts. Hope you don't mind.
