Players in creative mode can't be teleported #161

/tp does not work in creative /tphere does not seem to move the player of choice properly... ends up coming to the caster then moving back to their previous location. /spawn does not seem to work at all.

During my testing, the only thing I noticed is players in creative mode could not be teleported. Probably the cause of all those issues.
