Inability to Cross Between Dimensions Using Teleportation Commands #89

Commands relating to teleporting such as /tp, /tphere can no longer cross dimensions. Using /tp to a player who is in a different dimension will result in teleporting to the respective coordinates but will fail to change dimension (effectively staying in the caster's dimension).

Same principle with /tphere and I believe it may be the reason why one my plugins (Realms) has a similar behavior. Please help... :(
