A couple of bugs #56

Well my players found out a few bugs.

  1. Experience orbs don't drop when mining nether quartz
  2. Health bar and experience are buggy, sometimes they work sometimes they don't. Probably a sync issue between the server and client.

K another bug, i'll post here so I don't need to open another issue and being a spamer >_>

Anyway, potion effects with duration. Both splash and normal, use them once, after the effect is done I tried using another one and it fails, I used the potion but there's no effect. Tried reloging and it didn't update.
