The hook is not called in several cases when it should be:

lightning damage
explosion damage
the block that it is attached to is destroyed There may be more cases, e.g. I haven't managed to coerce a skeleton into shooting one yet.

Works fine when a player breaks the item farme/painting directly or shoots it with an arrow.
