This PR consists of a major restructure to the way the style-sheet is set up. Now, you can configure the colours to your liking at the top of the file, rather than having to go through the style-sheet to figure out what colour does what and where it belongs.
I have done this for both the colour schemes as well as added a Jellyfin colour scheme for those that wish to stay with the Jellyfin colours. I have not updated the README to reflect my changes however it should be very easy to amend the README with the comments that I have added at the top of the file.
To create a new theme, simply just copy and paste to a new style-sheet and amend the colours at the top, it's that simple.
