[Feature Request] Notify multiple users for same item #375

Description

If an item is requested by user1, user2 can't request it and will get no notification when it's available. Adding a button like "notify me aswell" would be nice for user2.

Desired Behavior

user1 and user2 get a notification when the item is available.
