[Feature Request] Auto-approve unreleased movies #400

Description

It would be nice to have the option for users to auto approve unreleased movies

Desired Behavior

Any unreleased movies requested by users with this setting on would be directly monitored

Additional Context

I hope this is a typical use case, as settings are still quite light in Jellyseerr

There is auto-approval already. Does it not work? You need to make sure you give that permission to the users

@Fallenbagel I don't want them to be able to have just any movie auto-approved, only unreleased ones (with a release date in the future), if it makes sense
