Clear command has no confirmation

When executing the clear command, there is no confirmation message or check. Thus, the user may accidentally clear all data from the application even after using it for some time. A severity of medium is given as although this may not affect most users who do not enter the command, the result is catastrophic for users who accidentally enter this command after using it, especially since this application is meant for professional use.

Indeed, it would be safer to include a confirmation step for clear.

However this destructive behaviour of clear has been clearly documented in the User Guide and users are warned to proceed with caution when using the command.
