No Sprint - swimming and jumping onto land allows sprinting with tweak enabled #706

As mentioned in the title, swimming and jumping onto land allows you to sprint, bypassing the tweak effect.

Observed on Fabrication 1.19.2, as well as Forgery 1.16.
