Add Temperature Tracking #12

Request: Additional category for tracking temperature. Am currently using the 'notes' for this purpose.

Thank you for your suggestion, which is a great idea and should either be implemented as an extra category (like pulse, blood pressure or oxygen saturation before) or be part of a new feature which supports user-generated categories. Since I am currently not sure about the schedule of the latter one, I will add this issue to my todo list and will see how it is going to be added to Diaguard.
