A major reorganization of the entire repository

• YAML files now in path type/subtype/name.yaml

  • type is the value of the type: entry in YAML file; i.e. one of calendar, data-type, enumeration, enumeration-set, month, structure, or uri
  • subtype is either standard or extension, except for uri (see below)
  • name is assigned at the time of registration

• The registry_tools/ directory has scripts for (a) checking YAML files against a schema and (b) syncing term definitions from the GEDCOM repo

I'm not sure what to do with the uri type. There are none in the standard, and they have a conceptual subtype (e.g. AFN's conceptual subtype is exid-type) that is not currently visible to a computer. Should we skip the subtype subfolder for the uri folder? Add a uri-type: field to the yaml format? Make tihs repo the home for these and remove them from the GEDCOM repo's specification/terms/ subdirectory so that the directory structure for type: uris can be selected here without any other source?
