Dependencies Update #43

It would be really nice if we could get gedcomx-java updated to use Jackson 2, Jersey 2, and Enunciate 2 (and to upgrade any other dependencies that are not current). I know these changes would not be drop-in compatible with the current version of gedcomx-java, but it would help modernize the project somewhat and enable more seamless integration with projects taking advantage of the newer versions of these technologies.

GEDCOM X Java 2.0 is now available.

Support for Jersey 2 pending.
