Context menu fails if email service doesn't support {subject} and {body}.
-Don't show them in the options if 'ask me every time' is checked and it's 
opened for the context menu
-Act like when 'ask me every time' is checked if the default doesn't support it.

This issue is fixed in version 1.26.0.
