Allow excluding URLs #33

Allow disabling the extension on certain URLs.

please, e.g. https://mail.opera.com/* where you get a compose window when you 
click on mail addresses in already sent mails respectively received mails. This 
should only open the dialog showing you the contact and the option to "Add 
contact".

Excluding addresses is possible in version 1.28.0 (which is under review by 
Opera and already published for Chrome)
