1 year ago I agree with structure requirements. But developing time is high for Role changes, i consider current thing more clearer, and users dont want to learn at starting level when they are in 1st month of using Software,
If anything that removes learning software then this will be good thing to do.
Problem- No Problem amendments required according to new Roles / big companies structures
Current Menu have Ledger Pages with respective Pages Contact Role can open Contact Ledger Page Company Role can Open Company Ledger, Contract same way for others
This was design in favor of Less Roles and same page functionality Contact , Contract, Ledger was coming on same page before this. then new pages / view was created with same roles.
@vinpahilwani / @sureshsirvi wants to structure Menu according to Big companies having more Staffs, like Separate staff for handling different kind of Work ex. Client On-Boarding staff needs special role , and Menu need to be designed according to this, Client / Company Service sellers can sell more services to Clients through Company Page. and Menu need to design according to this. as well Company Relationship Managers can manage only their respective companies. (this requires major Role check changes)
same goes for Project. @vinpahilwani , @sureshsirvi will write requirement , and why this is important in their words correctly, above is just brief
Changes Required - Menu Changes Contact Ledger shift to Account Section Company Ledger to Account Section Project Deviation to Timesheet
and Roles requirement - Contact Ledger roles , not clear about details Company Ledger Project Deviation
