This is new Functionality

1905 Required this

Output type of Custom Field / Files can not be downloaded by Clients when Total Remaining Amount (Balance) is more than specified Credit Limit for Company

This is only applicable to Project as Output type of field only available on Project

Default Value for this is 0 (zero)
