Company Page - Reset Recurring Service count when Service scheduler removed #1966

When scheduler gets removed from service page, All company recurring service Count needs to be reset,

Currently Company recurring Service Count shows 5 services, but when we open service selection for recurring service, it shows only 4 possible services

This happens due to 1 service is now non recurring, scheduler gets removed etc

Initiated by @vinpahilwani Verified by @mitulpanch

This requires heavy background processing whenever Services get changed
