Add Image Upload section for QR code of Client's Gateways

This is for clients who want to collect payment from Client on PayTM , or Any other Payment Solution provider

Initiated by @vinpahilwani Verified by @mitulpanch

This is not good solution, for Our Payment gateway solution but if client wants it then ok

EasyCloudBooks will not be able help any further for online payment as this will not give any possible webhook to ecb

Client will get notification from Payment providers, ECB will not get anything out of it

This is on Hold, i will check apis from Razorpay for any new QR code solutions

I have suggested dynamic QR Code for End to end Solution, but i think it is not replacement for QR code

Currently possible solution discussed with @vinpahilwani is If Razorpay is present, then that will come
