Timesheet - Allow Old project in timesheet #1969

Currently timesheet allows only last 365 year project in timesheet remove exception

Initiated by ashok bhurani Verified by @mitulpanch

Now all projects are coming to list, without any date filter, This might increase timesheet project get api timing
