Company Page - Auto Add Per Project Services to Company's setting

@vinpahilwani Suggested to add Service to Per Project Billing of Company, whenever A Project get created, Billing can be started automatically

Problems -

1. Check setting All the time whenever Project gets created is very load taking task
2. User who dont want to do this, dont have any options
3. Service Schedule but Billing Per project kind of user will get problem from this

I need time to think about load sharing or Other possible Suggestion based module OR at least option for other kind of user, who dont want it
