Company - Contract Page - Per Project Attach Service

Currently +Attach button brings All service that is currently offered to Client , and Projects created from past 3 year

Services that is recurring in pattern & selected for Company -(minus) Service already attached in schedule bill for Company = +Attach should bring these services
