Project Page - service not found in filter, company owner can not do work done

Describe the bug

• There is some issue like
  1. If service is deleted from service page then we can not filter project using that service but there is some project with that service

2. If other than project member change to do then he assigns to that todo but he can not do work done from action button

3. There should be text on mouser hover on due date so staff can get idea that when click it will complete

4. Vinod sir facing issue that active tab is not showing in project detail page

5. Todo coming with Assigned to MAster Owner while in "Yet To Complete" in project having unique id is P-2022-04-13

Work Done is only available to Project Members, Master Owner / Advance Role user can change project without any member role,
