Custom Field / File - Reset button required on Finished Project

Currently user can upload file / change field on finished project for output type of custom field / file but user wants to create folder / field after project finished

there are too many projects to refresh, and after project finished we do not work on them, also do not remove custom field / files attached to it, so it can stay forever attached to project Refresh makes adds new custom field / file , also removes deleted custom fields / files

in this all context, refresh is disable on finished project, after finish we do not want to change setting, OR change anything that is not applicable to project

As Project is finished means what ever required on report needed to provide are done, then it moved to completed / finished so this should not be necessary if all things done correctly

@vinpahilwani wants this because of currently all projects are finished, and client area shows no custom field / files

to attract clients he wants to upload past custom field / files to old finished project

this is also necessary on startup companies in case of migration

only possible solution is -

We provide refresh button on finished project, that will add all new folder / field of "output" type only and do not remove any custom field / files

this is manual refresh, system will not process any project
