Added proportions to modifiers #226

Famo.us 0.3.0 has added proportions to modifiers, this will add the fa-proportions directive to the fa-modifier

Thanks for this! I did a bit of clean-up in 0c8cc69cb4aebaa655dbd0da8334c1ec285626bc (it looks like you had added an fa-object directive that wasn't finished, and I added fa-proportions to the list of supported properties in the in-code docs.) I also added test coverage for fa-proportions in 18bf6ff1e6d7313f4b18b75a5c5bff6c9ecdb994.
