feat: add DrawerLayout directive #337

Added the Famo.us DrawerLayout view as a F/A fa-drawer-layout directive.

Closes #296

This looks great, thank you @adelyte-chris ! Thanks especially for writing tests and for taking care of the CLA. I added one tweak to conform with linting and another to build the docs, otherwise this looks solid to merge.
