Upgrade yeoman-generator to ~0.17.0

Hey @danielfeelfine . As you can probably tell from the below the little X just above here, upgrading to 0.17.0 actually breaks the tests...

I actually tried to upgrade the dependency a couple days ago but couldn't figure out what broke the tests.

If you can get the tests working I would be more than happy to take in this pull request!
