Format 5 is not supported by Encoding Definition #229

Game Name: RPG Maker FES DLC asset pack Console: 3DS Format extension(s): .jtex Type:** Image

Bug details: Tried to decrypt a jtex image file. Other files in the same folder works (albeit with the occasional messed up colour), but certain files gives me "Format 5 is not supported by Encoding Definition" [details]
