Support for Tactics Ogre Reborn ARC Texture Files (PC) #300

Game Name: Tactics Ogre Reborn Console: PC Format extension(s): .pac Type: Archive

Bug details: When loading the file to Kuriimu2 with MT ARC plugin , it returns the error below. image

Although it's an ARC header file, characteristic of Capcom games, it was not made by them, but by Square Enix. I don't know if the file can be similar to Capcom's or if it ends up being totally different and just with the same header, so maybe a new plugin is needed if both structures are different

These are likely different because MT Framework is a Capcom intellectual property.
