Can't open randomizer #33

Instead of opening the randomizer, all I get is and error stating 'The file 
Gameboy_jap.tbl is missing from the configuration and so this programme cannot 
start. Please make sure you extract the programme from the ZIP before running 
it.' The file it requests is clearly in the extracted config file. I can't find 
a solution to this.

Just try to download one with that file and it will most likely work.
