Support multiple languages & Added Chinese Simplified translation file

Added messages file to FancyNpcs, which will be easier for users and players from non-English speaking countries. I added a Chinese Simplified translation file as a translation example.

That looks good, but I already made a "system" for that in FancyLib and would use it instead (LanguageConfig.java).

I don't know how much work it will take to migrate, but if you don't want to do it, I can do it.

But huge thank you for making the translation files!!
