Support for parameter change events in Captain AHAP #6

It would be sweet if you could use the full range of functionality in haptics. See Gravel.ahap, Oscillate.ahap in the HapticSampler example code.

If CaptainAHAP were open-source I might be interested in helping out, will have to mess about with my own editor ui to go further into haptics.
