VMWare full screen topbar functionality is impacted

Describe the bug When using FancyWM and opening any fullscreen VMWare window, the topbar of the VMWare window is impacted and rendered unusable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have FancyWM running
2. Open VMWare and put it full screen
3. Moving the mouse to the top of the VMWare window should brind down the topbar (of the VMWare window), but insted it does not
4. Set "vmware" to float windows rule should resolve the issue but it doesn't

Expected behavior When Moving the mouse to the top of the VMWare window should brind down the topbar (of VMWare window), the only way to restore the VMWare topbar functionality is to close FancyWM
