Add users list #23

On the firepad website, a connected user list is displayed. Each user can choose a name — and their total count is displayed on top of the list.

This feature could be great in atom too ;-).

I'm working on user cursor (similar to hackpad) that points out the current row position of other users. I think this won't take too long.
