Feature request: search bookmark folder to bookmark current tab in it or create new folder in this returned folder to bookmark current tab inside it #78

Hi, Thanks very much for your add-on, clearly on the top list of my favourite ones. Searching is perfect with this addon, what would be great would be to improve storing bookmarks with the same powerful search tool. In the bookmark folder tree, it can be quite long to choose the right folder, opening each folder one after the other to get to the final leaf folder. It would be great to be able to make a bookmark folder search ( maybe f keyword ), and then just save current tab in it or create new bookmark folder in that folder and be able to finally save current tab in that newly created bookmark folder. You made a great job !!

I think I get your idea and now that you said it, I also have sometimes trouble putting a bookmarkt in the right place, as the browser drag and drop across multiple bookmark hierarchies is sometimes a bit difficult to do.

I'll think about it how that could be done best.

Btw. you can already do a bookmark folder search by appending ~, but that's not working in a way that it would help you. It still searches for bookmarks that have a folder path like that, but it does not search for the folders itself.

Hi, I don't know if you use some addon to store your bookmarks. I am using default bookmark folder on Firefox. The folder search tool is quite basic, far from yours, and no possibility to create a new folder inside one folder returned by the search. If you don't have a better bookmark storing addon, maybe you can have a look at default bookmark folder and you will probably easily see how to improve that. Bye !
