Hello. My name is Pakkapon Phongthawee. I am Thai. I want to create a pull request about Thai fansub list for Winter 2017.

Addition: For all Thai Fansubber list you can found here https://www.tafasu.com/fansub

Green label is mean fansub who hosted project on TAFASU
Red label is mean fansub who banned on TAFASU
No label is mean fansub who isn't hosted project on TAFASU (maybe have own website or own way to distribute file)
