RELEASE: Salary data by ranking overall, yearly, and position data for each player #19

This is it! Salary data included into the package. I am not sure if there is a master consolidation being done, where all of this (points, VOR, rankings, risk, etc...) is being merged. I couldn't find it. If there is, let me know and maybe at some point I could merge it and include it.

Can you update the position quantities when choosing fandual so that it has three wide receivers and no flex position?

One other ask... Can we exclude an entire team from the player list in addition to individual players? I like to enter Sunday/Monday tournaments and would need to exclude the Thursday night and Sunday morning teams instead of removing individual players each time they appear in the lineups.

Even though it's not reflected in the UI, the lineups have the correct positions when choosing FanDuel (3 WRs, no flex). We can add selecting entire teams to our to-do list.
