Add new League-> The heading for Eligilbilty Rules dropdown is not proper #11

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch the app
  2. Login to the app using Mvp or Hof user
  3. Tap on Draft Assistant
  4. Tap on Add New League
  5. Tap on any of the option like Yahoo
  6. Tap on Manually Configure Draft
  7. Enter League Name and fill all other fields
  8. Tap on Next Step button
  9. Tap on Eligibility Rules dropdown

Actual Result: The heading is displayed as "How many s?"

Expected Result: Proper heading should be displayed

Confirmed and fixed in build 17.
