Draft Assistant->Add New League : The separation lines for the dropdown of 'Number of Rounds' and 'Number of Teams' are not displayed #16

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch the app
  2. Login to the app using Mvp or Hof user
  3. Tap on Draft Assistant
  4. Tap on Add New League
  5. Tap on any of the option like Yahoo
  6. Tap on Manually Configure Draft
  7. Tap on 'Number of Rounds' dropdown

Actual Result: The separation lines for all the dropdown options are not displayed.

NOTE: Same issue with 'Number of teams' dropdown

Expected Result: All the separation lines should be displayed properly
