[Investigate] Transaction underpriced warning/error when using uniswap #225

was started with the network configuration https://github.com/Fantom-foundation/Norma/blob/680c1144593dfdc023a464de3726aeb0f1764279/genesis/example-genesis.json#L4-L10

and results in the following symptoms:
