Can't see new balance/staked amount in the web wallet #38

I transferred some FTM to my address and the web wallet is not showing it. My address is 0xE97671108B69498aedEa49a2eFdBa96Eb8Ee773f. You can see in the explorer that I have made a transaction recently but the wallet is not showing the new balance.

Here's the javascript console, I see an error:

Possibly related to this, I can't see the amount that I have staked:

@alFReD-NSH It shows correctly now on https://explorer.fantom.network/address/0xe97671108b69498aedea49a2efdba96eb8ee773f. Can you double-check?

@kamarasr May you provide some details on how the transfer was made. Is it from a FTM wallet address (or somewhere else) to another FTM wallet address?

Is 0xd90F57b5B522c7acaC7024E2F9b95FFea4Dc0455 the sender address or the receiver address? What is the other address?

Hi, this has sent from Binance (where I bought Fantom) and sent it to my Fantom wallet below, but never arrived

@kamarasr OK I see. You will need bnbridge.exchange to swap the tokens to mainnet Opera-FTM first. You may go to our Telegram official channel and some admin will help you.
