Can't look for more peers

Hey guys, i need help. The node that i deployed by myself can't look for more peers.It sync new block slower than other node. Does sb know how to fix it?

Should i config BootstrapNodes, StaticNodes, TrustedNodes ? Could offer me the peer suggested Node?
