Change project name to "django-apptemplates" #15

As discussed in #14, we can move the project and keep the name. By moving the project, we mean changing the name to "django-apptemplates" and releasing starting from a 2.0 series.

[x] Change packagename to apptemplates
[x] Consolidate documentation

Okay, IMO this should be ready now :) Tests are passing, and docs have been consolidated with the time I had to do it and read through the existing docs of the project that we're replacing.
